Shipping at a glance
- Parcel shipping within Germany via GLS: €6.90 per parcel (up to 120 × 60 × 60 cm, max. 31.5 kg).
- Bulky goods up to 200 cm in length via GLS within Germany: €20.00.
- Freight over 200 cm in length within Germany: €70.00. Freight shipping abroad on request.
- In-stock items ordered on business days before 12:00 noon (CET/CEST) usually ship the same day. Within Germany, parcels usually arrive the next business day.
- Shipping to other European countries in four zones from €14.90, transit time 1–4 business days.
- Boats are delivered by our own boat delivery service. We quote cost and date on request.
- Returns: consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning the goods. Details in our withdrawal policy.

Shipping zones and delivery times
The zones are shipping zones of our parcel carrier. Not every country in them is an EU member. Transit times apply to in-stock items from handover to GLS.

We usually process in-stock items within one business day. Orders received on business days before 12:00 noon are usually handed over to GLS the same day. For payment in advance, we ship once payment is received, and delivery takes about 2–4 business days after that. Delivery times for boats and freight are available on request. Need an item by a specific date? Contact us before ordering and we will check whether it is feasible.
Payment methods
- Payment in advance (bank transfer): we ship once payment is received.
- PayPal: PayPal, PayPal Pay upon Invoice, PayPal Pay Later, credit or debit card via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal SEPA direct debit.
- Credit card: Visa and Mastercard.
